Set up your card yourself. No call needed. Here is every step, before you start.
Before you start
- A spot at your counter (or your kiosk) for the Backly QR code. No staff phone or tablet needed. On points cards, a staff member confirms each amount with a short PIN.
- Your business details: name, address, phone and email.
- Your reward in mind, like a free coffee after 8 stamps.
- We don't connect to cash registers at launch.
Four steps to set up

Business type
Pick the kind of place you run. We fill in a card to start from, and you can change everything in the next steps.
Step 2 of 4
Your business
Add your name, address, phone, email, how many locations, your time zone and your card language. Your Google review link is optional. Add it now or later.
Step 3 of 4
Your card
Choose stamps or points, set your reward and pick a color. A live preview shows your card as you go.
Step 4 of 4
Your login
Add your name, email and a PIN. Confirm your business can use it, agree to the terms, and tap Create my card.
Then what happens
Pay to go live
Your card and join page go live after your first payment. Month to month. Cancel anytime.
Print your counter sign
It has the QR code your customers scan to join.
Add your staff
Optional. Customers can stamp their own card at your counter QR. If you want staff to add stamps too, they sign in on a phone or tablet.
Your first customer joins
They scan, type their name and email, and the card saves to Google Wallet, or opens as a web card on iPhone.
